Robert Heath Kerr II, Esq.
I founded Kerr Law Firm PLLC with a commitment to helping families safeguard their financial futures. Growing up in the small town of Oviedo, Florida, I developed a deep sense of community and service that guides my legal career. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida before pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Harris School of Law. After graduating law school in 2022, I passed the Florida bar exam in the following year, officially beginning my career as an attorney.
While in law school, I was passionate about giving back to the community. I provided pro bono services as a volunteer advocate for children, working alongside a guardian ad litem through the Orange County Bar Association's Legal Aid Society. In this role, I assisted in advocating for the best interests of children involved in custody proceedings. This experience reinforced my desire to pursue a career where I could make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
As a licensed attorney, I continue my commitment to pro bono work through the OCBA's Legal Aid Society, volunteering to assist with simple estate planning, probate, and real estate issues. I am particularly passionate about helping families protect their wealth and secure their financial future. My belief is that wealth protection is more than just about finances — it is about providing families with an economic advantage and ensuring prosperity for future generations. Whether helping clients create wills, establish trusts, or navigate complex probate processes, I am dedicated to providing practical, compassionate legal solutions that give families peace of mind.
I am also deeply committed to raising a family in my personal life. My son was born in April of 2024. Becoming a father has further fueled my drive to assist families in planning for their futures. I understand the importance of securing a family’s wealth for the next generation and am even more motivated to support others in achieving that goal.
Through legal experience, passion for service, and commitment to the community, I continue to grow as an attorney. I look forward to helping more families protect their assets, plan for the future, and leave a lasting legacy for their loved ones.
